군백기 없다..방탄소년단 ‘봄날’ 6년 만 역주행, 83개 지역 깜짝 1위 그룹 방탄소년단(BTS, RM 진 슈가 제이홉 지민 뷔 정국)의 ‘봄날’이 6년 만에 또 한번 글로벌 차트를 강타했다. 지난 13일 일본 오리콘 차트가 발표한 ‘데일리 디지털 싱글 랭킹'(12월 12일 자)에서 방탄소년단이 2017년 발매한 ‘WINGS 외전: YOU NEVER WALK ALONE’의 타이틀곡 ‘봄날’이 깜짝 1위에 올랐다. 이 차트의 순위권 밖에 자리했던 ‘봄날’이 순위가 급상승하며 1위로 직행한 것이다. 또한 ‘봄날’은 12일부터 14일 오전 8시까지 기준으로 미국, 일본, 독일, 영국, 프랑스 등을 비롯해 총 83개 국가/지역의 아이튠즈 ‘톱 송’ 차트 1위를 찍었다. 다수의 국가/지역 ‘톱 송’ 차트에서 연말을 맞아 캐럴(Carol) 장르가 강세를 보이는 가운데, 머라이어 캐리(Mariah Carey)의 메가 히트곡 ‘All I Want for Christmas Is You’를 제치고 ‘봄날’이 차트 정상에 올라 눈길을 끈다. 이 같은 ‘봄날’의 역주행에는 아미(ARMY. 팬덤명)의 저력이 있었다. 지난 12일부로 전원 군 복무에 돌입한 방탄소년단의 오는 2025년 완전체 활동을 기다리는 팬들의 따뜻한 마음이 차트에 반영된 것으로 예상된다. 한편, ‘봄날’은 브릿 록(Brit-rock)적인 감성과 일렉트로닉 사운드가 결합된 얼터너티브 힙합(Alternative hip-hop) 장르의 곡으로, RM과 슈가가 작곡에 참여해 멀어진 친구와의 만남을 기다리며 희망을 잃지 않겠다는 메시지를 곡에 담았다. Kep1er, November 22, Japan 3rd single 'FLY-HIGH' comeback

The girl group Kep1er has confirmed the release of their third single in Japan.

Kep1er (Choi Yujin, Shaoting Mashiro, Kim Chaehyun, Kim Dayeon, Hikaru, Hooning Bahi, Seoyoung Eun, and Kang Yeoseo) will release their third single ‘FLY-HIGH’ in Japan on November 22nd. It is their new single after 8 months since their second single ‘FLY-BY’ released in March.

With their debut single ‘FLY-UP’ released in September 2022, Kep1er expressed their desire to get closer to their fans and be loved. The nine members, who sang about wanting to reach the person they like through the meaning of ‘FLY-BY’, which represents approaching flight, will continue to soar with their upcoming single ‘FLY-HIGH’ expressing their desire to keep flying towards their loved ones.

The title track is ‘Grand Prix’, an energetic Japanese original song that showcases Kep1er’s performance. They expressed their intention to run to the person they love and the joy of achieving love through the lyrics of ‘Love Racer’.

In addition to this, the single will include three other Japanese original songs: ‘Sugar’, the Japanese version of the title track ‘Galileo’ from their fifth mini album ‘Magic Hour’ released last month, and the Japanese version of the title track ‘Giddy’ from their fourth mini album ‘LOVESTRUCK!’ released in April. The limited edition CD, Kep1ian version, will also include a live audio of ‘Daisy’ performed during the arena tour ‘Kep1er JAPAN CONCERT TOUR 2023 <FLY-BY>’ held in Japan in May and June.

Meanwhile, Kep1er will hold a solo fan meeting called ‘Kep1er’s Strange Market’ on the 21st and 22nd, and then communicate with domestic and international fans at their first solo fan meeting ‘Kep1er JAPAN FAN MEETING – Fairy Fantasia’ at the Tokyo Garden Theater on the 27th and 28th.
