BTS Jungkook’s ‘Seven’ has been topping the music charts worldwide for 6 consecutive weeks since its release, causing a sensation.
BTS member Jungkook’s ‘Seven’ proved its ‘Seven trend’ by sweeping the top spot on major music charts worldwide for the sixth consecutive week since its release.
Jungkook’s solo single ‘Seven’, released on July 14th, topped the track section of the United World Chart on September 2nd, according to Media Traffic, a site that tallies global album sales.
On the chart, which aggregates the most popular tracks based on global streaming, download sales, and radio, ‘Seven’ recorded 368,000 points and maintained its top spot for six consecutive weeks.
‘Seven’ also rose to the top of the International Top 20 Single Chart of the ‘IMI’, the official chart representing the Indian music market, for six consecutive weeks on August 28th.
In addition, it topped the Netherlands Global Top 40 chart for seven consecutive weeks in its 35th week.

According to the American music publication Billboard, ‘Seven’ topped the charts for six consecutive weeks in Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, and the Philippines as of September 2. It has been at the top of the charts in Hong Kong for five weeks.

In addition, Spotify, the world’s largest music streaming platform, has continued to dominate the Korean (49 consecutive days) and Japanese daily top song charts as well as the Korean top 100 chart on global music platform Apple Music on August 30. “Seven” is currently enjoying global popularity, topping Spotify’s weekly global top song chart for seven consecutive weeks as the first Asian singer to do so.
