BTS’s Jungkook has established a new record as the first and only Asian solo artist to achieve this feat on the US Billboard with his song ‘Seven,’ reaffirming his status as a ‘global pop star.’
Jungkook’s ‘Seven’ ranked 9th on the Billboard Hot 100 chart for August 5th. Having topped the Hot 100 chart last week, ‘Seven’ maintained its strong music power by staying within the top 10 for two consecutive weeks.

Furthermore, ‘Seven’ set a debut record as a solo artist with the most weekly streaming of 217 million and 100, and the most weekly sales of 269,000 among all global groups and solo singers on the Billboard ‘Global 200’ chart.
