BTS Suga to hold ‘SUGA | Agust D TOUR ‘D-DAY’ THE FINAL’ encore concert today (4th)
Group BTS member Suga will complete the finale of the world tour with an encore performance.
From the 4th to the 6th, Suga will host the encore concert “SUGA | Agust D TOUR ‘D-DAY’ THE FINAL” at KSPO DOME (formerly Olympic Gymnastics Arena) in Songpa-gu, Seoul, marking the end of the “D-DAY” tour that started in April.
As a solo artist, Suga will make his first appearance at KSPO DOME. In June, he received an enthusiastic response by announcing his encore concert in Seoul, the final stop of the world tour.
Especially for this upcoming performance that will conclude the tour, Suga is putting a lot of effort into preparing by adding more live band members to fill the arena with rich sound.
“D-DAY” is a performance that captures Suga’s identity through the songs from his solo album “D-DAY” and the mixtapes “Agust D” and “D-2”. Through the stage production that incorporates VCRs and represents the evolution of Suga and Agust D, as well as the integration of their two identities, you can see the traces of Suga’s constant struggle as a “musician”.
Meanwhile, through the “D-DAY” tour from April to June, Suga communicated with over 290,000 fans through a total of 10 cities and 25 performances. The encore concert, which was prepared in the disappointment of both fans and Suga, sold out in a flash as soon as ticket sales opened.
